Retail products typically ship in 7-10 business days. 

Made to order products typically ship within 14-21 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: if your order contains both retail & MTO products, your order whole order will ship at the time of fulfillment of your MTO products.

If you want your RTS products now, please order them separate OR leave a note at checkout that you would like to split your order and be invoiced for retail shipping. The easiest way will be to make two separate purchases. One order with all MTO, and one order with all retail. MTO products will be indicated in the title or description.  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of these products UNLESS I have made a mistake while fulfilling your order. If that is the case, please send an email to hello@fleurandluna.com with your order number in the subject field and a brief description of what I can help you with!
