I currently only ship Domestic US. You can choose your shipping preference at checkout. All shipping prices are based on item weights and current carrier rates/discounts available.

Once the items leave my possession and are in the hands of the carrier, it is no longer my responsibility as far as damages or if you do not receive the items or they are stolen from your porch, door, etc. If you have an issue with a shipment, let me know at emeraldcitywaxco@gmail.com and I can check tracking for you. Please include your order number and name for faster investigation. If you would like to purchase insurance on a package, please email me and I will invoice you for the insurance. For damaged items or lost/stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier chosen at checkout.
