✨ Handmade Nature

All Fleur & Luna products are hand-made in small batches. Variations in color, shape, design, finish, and overall appearance are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Due to the nature of wax and handmade production:

⭐️ Designs may vary significantly from photos

Product images are for reference only. Items are not guaranteed to match any specific aesthetic unless explicitly stated.

Fleur & Luna uses a wide variety of molds. Shapes, sizes, and designs will vary.

Unless otherwise stated:

All wax melts are sold by approximate weight, not by piece count or uniform size.

Due to hand-pouring and varied molds:

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.

Changes in texture, color, or consistency over time are normal and do not indicate a defect.

✨ Color & Staining Notice

Some products may contain colorants that could stain surfaces, fabrics, or skin.

Fleur & Luna is not responsible for staining or discoloration resulting from use.

✨ Candle Use & Safety

By purchasing candles, you agree to follow all standard candle safety practices.

⭐️ Never leave a burning candle unattended
⭐️ Burn on a heat-resistant surface
⭐️ Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
⭐️ Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch
⭐️ Do not burn longer than 3–4 hours
⭐️ Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains
⭐️ Do not move while hot

Failure to follow these guidelines constitutes misuse.

✨ Shipping

⚠️ Once marked delivered, orders are not considered lost. See “Lost or Missing Packages” below.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Fleur & Luna is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier handling issues.

Lost or missing packages will be addressed through the carrier claims process where applicable.

Heat Disclaimer

Wax products may melt, soften, or sweat during transit.
This is not a defect and does not qualify for refund or replacement.

✨ Processing & Shipping Schedule

All orders require a processing period prior to shipment. Processing timeframes are provided at checkout and are separate from shipping time.

Fleur & Luna operates on a seasonal shipping schedule:

⭐️ October–March: Orders ship Monday–Saturday
⭐️ April–September: Orders ship Monday–Wednesday (to reduce heat exposure)

Shipping days reflect carrier drop-off days only and do not override processing times.

Orders may be held and shipped on the next available shipping day to ensure product quality and safe transit.

✨ Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

⭐️ Please allow 3–5 business days, as carriers may prematurely mark deliveries
⭐️ Check with neighbors or household members
⭐️ Contact your local post office

If the package is still missing, a Missing Mail Search must be initiated with the United States Postal Service.

Fleur & Luna will assist with claims where applicable.

Orders marked as delivered are not considered lost and are not eligible for automatic replacement.

Replacements or refunds in these cases are issued at the sole discretion of Fleur & Luna.

Repeated claims of missing delivered packages may result in refusal of service.

Packaging, containers, and labeling may vary due to supplier availability.

These variations do not affect product quality and are not grounds for refund or exchange.

✨ Customs

Custom orders:

⭐️ Require full payment prior to production
⭐️ Are final sale
⭐️ Cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once started

Errors made by Fleur & Luna will be corrected at sole discretion.

✨ Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued for:

⭐️ Color or design variation
⭐️ Shape selection
⭐️ Texture or appearance changes due to environment

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details prior to purchase.

Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied at the sole discretion of Fleur & Luna.

Orders may only be canceled prior to processing and at the sole discretion of Fleur & Luna.

Once packed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for reasons that violate these Terms may be considered fraudulent and will be disputed to the fullest extent permitted
